افتح مدير الإعلانات داخل المنصة واضغط «فُكّ الربط». بتنمسح كل بيانات انستغرام عندنا فوراً — التوكن، اسم الحساب، والمنشورات وأرقامها. ما في خطوة تانية ولا فترة انتظار.
1. شو بنخزّن أصلاً
لما تربط حسابك على انستغرام بالمنصة، بنخزّن فقط:
- رمز الوصول (Access Token): عشان نقدر نقرأ باسمك — بينتهي تلقائياً بعد ٦٠ يوم.
- معرّف حسابك واسم المستخدم ونوع الحساب وعدد المتابعين.
- آخر ٥٠ منشور: نصّ الكابشن، نوع المنشور، وقت النشر، ورابطه.
- أرقام كل منشور: الوصول، المشاهدات، اللايكات، التعليقات، الحفظ، المشاركات.
- وصف مختصر لجمهورك (أكثر المدن والأعمار) — إن وفّرته انستغرام.
نستخدمها لشيء واحد: بناء خطة المحتوى الأسبوعية الخاصة بك داخل المنصة. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
2. الحذف بضغطة من داخل المنصة
- سجّل الدخول إلى businessflowapp.com.
- افتح veFlow ← مدير الإعلانات.
- انزل لقسم «اربط حساباتك».
- اضغط «فُكّ الربط».
بتنحذف فوراً وبشكل نهائي: رمز الوصول، صفّ الحساب بكامله، وكل المنشورات وأرقامها المخزّنة عندنا. ما بنحتفظ بنسخة.
3. الحذف بالمراسلة
إذا ما بتقدر توصل لحسابك، راسلنا وبنحذفها بدالك:
اكتب اسم المستخدم على انستغرام والبريد المسجّل عندنا. بننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوم كحد أقصى، وعادةً خلال أيام.
4. إلغاء الوصول من انستغرام نفسه
تقدر كمان تلغي وصولنا من حسابك مباشرة: انستغرام ← Settings ← Apps and websites ← Business Flow ← Remove.
هذا بيوقف قدرتنا على القراءة فوراً، بس البيانات المخزّنة عندنا بتنحذف بالخطوة ٢ أو ٣ — فاعمل واحدة منهن كمان.
5. English — How to delete your data
What we store. When you connect an Instagram professional account to Business Flow we store only: the access token, your Instagram user id, username, account type and follower count, your latest 50 media (caption, type, permalink, timestamp) and their insights (reach, views, likes, comments, saved, shares), and a short summary of your audience demographics when Instagram provides it. We use it for one purpose — building your weekly content plan inside our platform. We never sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
Delete it yourself (instant). Sign in at businessflowapp.com, open veFlow → Ad Manager, scroll to «اربط حساباتك» (Connect your accounts) and click «فُكّ الربط» (Disconnect). This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token, the account record, and every stored post and metric. No copy is retained.
Ask us to delete it. Email info@businessflowapp.com with your Instagram username and the email registered with us. We complete such requests within 30 days, usually within a few days.
Revoke access at Instagram. Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Business Flow → Remove. This stops our access immediately; use one of the steps above to also delete what is already stored.
